Originally imagined for families with children at home, but open to all! Rabbi Shahar will invite participants to delve into the ways we experience the high holiday season through all our senses – sound, smell, sight, touch, taste and even the feelings in our hearts. Participants will brainstorm what they associate with high holidays, explore how to access those experiences this unusual year, and plan the activities they want to do with their family (or on their own) so we can feel ready to enter the new year together. For those interested in taking it a step further, there will be the opportunity to commit to creating “5 senses experiences” for another family in the community.
